Deekay's debuted into kollywood with his #YB . Where he has given wit two pieces as horror and comedy in his first subject.

At beginning the movie was damn bored and felt like why has i come to this kind of movie (intial 30min) but after that director has taken the movie to the extreme comedy wit few horror sequence's. While in the second half movie is damn good and the mixture of comedy and horror was hilarious and nicely carried out throughout the end.

The horror element of the second part of the film however works better and binds the film and its characters effectively. It also reinforces the film’s certification that the sometimes disturbing visual content is not for young children. The expected suspense requirements of a horror flick are well realized even though they may not be overly unique. It is still the gag of having people appear out of closets and missing frames but it’s their inclusion into a humorous script that serves as an important misdirection and eventually making a difference to the whole narration. Good make-up and spotless VFX by Lorven Studios certainly play their part in drawing the screams from the audience.

A person's presence was just for 1min in this movie but he has grabbed entire audiences , when he has entered wit his famous dialogue from #IDABK "Friend-u Love Mateer-u feel aaitapla half sapta cool aaiduvaapla sir" almost entire audience were screaming and shouting, only he can grab many audiences in a single movie , even though he isn't played any lead role in that. I hope you had got that person, its #RSMK(Rombo Sumar Moonji Kumaru) a famous role from #IDABK.

Also, the idea of an adult comedy is an untapped area in Tamil cinema, and the film makes no bones about its U/A certification, using the opportunity to resort to sleaze upfront.

Kreshna does his best to gel with his co-characters on screen. His character, Kiran, is offered scope to be expressive which the actor makes use of. Rupa Manjari enjoys the same acting scope for her character, Smitha, and she does her bit rather well. It appears that since Oviya’s character is that of a bimbo, her parts were free to be underwritten.

Kreshna is choosing right scripts from the beginning ( #KAZHUGU , #VALLINAM - a very small role as Nakul's friend and now its #YB) , i hope if he chooses right scripts like this , he will have a great years and recognition in his future projects.

Most hilarious sequences is the few min back climax , where the transformation of ghost will enter into Rupa(lead heroine) and a comedy dialogues by Kreshan to that ghost as "maatikitaiya" and certain fights and great timing counter as "paaahhhhhh" by Karunakaran during that collaboration . Actually while watching this scene almost everone in the theater was laughing , awesome comedy sequence .

Minus : Beginning 30min is totally waste and songs could be avoided .
Plus    : Crew members delivery in acting , comedy and horror sequences , BGM and screenplay.

Overall its one of a good summer entertainer for family audience. So enjoy the movie in a thrilled hilarious manner with family.

VERDICT : Comedy and Horror to the core , watch movie in theater with family and enjoy

RATING : 3.2/5
